Electrode liquid heater has dielectric body, three cylindrical rod phase electrodes and three cylindrical zero electrodes that coaxially go through end surface of cover of the body. Zero electrodes have restricting discs and form together with body a chamber. On phase electrodes fixation supports are placed, as cross. Supply and discharge branch pipes are electricity conductive, earthed, placed coaxially one in front of another and are two supplementary zero electrodes.
