Mobile device for transmitting, storing and representing digital data, has a two part structure consisting of a display and operating element and a portable computer. Display, operating element and portable computer can be connected by a cable or wireless connection and the display and operating element can form part of an autonomous device (e.g. telephone, PDA, media player or remote control). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for distribution, billing and payment for digital content. |
