A notebook computer-type wireless Internet terminal of a portable phone base station is provided to allow a user to use a wireless Internet no matter wherever a portable phone can be used regardless of the number of connectors. A portable phone and a program required for a conversation function are additionally installed when a transceiver for conversation is added so that a conversation function is added. A displayer, an input device, a speaker, and a microphone are installed at a notebook computer-type wireless Internet terminal and the transceiver for conversation. A connection device and a program are installed in order to share the devices between the Internet terminal and the transceiver. A frequency signal including information about the Internet is received from a portable phone base station. The frequency signal is converted if necessary. The Internet is displayed, and a user is able to use the Internet. Information is transmitted to a server having an Internet site through the portable phone base station.
