An overwrite transmission method in a terrestrial DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) PAD(Program Associated Data) broadcast is provided to embody a live data broadcast making environment in which broadcasting contents are continuously and suddenly changed by voluntarily reading data generated and transmitted from a DMB transmission system and overwriting data, which a user wants to broadcast, on the read data. Photo data and BWS(Broadcasting Web Service) data, suitable for broadcasting contents to be used for a program time programmed for being transmitted to a terrestrial DMB data transmission system, are discriminated. The discriminated data are transmitted to a transmission folder of a terrestrial DMB data system. The transmitted data are transmitted according to a DMB transmission protocol of a circulation programming time and data length. The circulation programming time is unlimited so that a circulation period is not limited. A photo of 20x240 size and BWS data of a 3K byte or smaller are selected because the number of the photo and the BWS data are limited by one, and the selected photo and BWS data are transmitted to a DMB PAD transmission system. The photo and the BWS data transmitted to the DMB PAD transmission are transmitted to a PAD insert of a DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) PAD transmission system. The photo and the BWS data are changed by a DMB transmission protocol, and the changed photo and BWS data are then moved to a transmission folder of the DMB PAD transmission system. A receiver continuously displays received data on a screen to continuously display new data. Data are previously transmitted in consideration of a delay time of 15 seconds necessary for performing encoding and transmission to be accurately synchronized with broadcasting contents. |
