An array substrate, a display panel having the same, and a display device having the same are provided to improve an electric charge ratio of a pixel electrode and improve image display quality by simultaneously driving an upper thin film transistor and a lower thin film transistor formed in any one of three sub-areas, and thus simultaneously charging a pixel electrode. A gate line(GL) includes a predetermined number of sub lines to which the same gate signal is applied. A data line(DL) intersects the gate line. A pixel electrode(150) is formed between neighboring sub lines. A first thin film transistor(T1) is electrically connected to nay one of the neighboring sub lines, is electrically connected to the pixel electrode, and is electrically connected to the data line. A second thin film transistor(T2) is electrically connected to the other one of the neighboring lines, is electrically connected to the pixel electrode, and is electrically connected to the data line.
