A bottle cap is provided to seal an inlet of a bottle at normal times and to utilize the bottle for various purposes such as a toy water pistol or a sprayer if the bottle is empty by using an inner cap as a nozzle of an outer cap. A plastic bottle cap for blocking up an inlet of a bottle(10) is composed of outer and inner caps(200,300). The outer cap has a wedge unit(220) protruded toward the inside and formed in the inner center, and a cut part(230) formed at the protruded end portion of the wedge unit. The inner cap comprises a nozzle unit(310) fitted to the outer periphery of the wedge unit, and a packing unit(320) formed by bending outward the rear end of the nozzle unit.
