A composite sheet is provided to improve releasability, cushioning property, and thermal conductivity at the same time by laminating a sheet layer containing fluorine resin and a sheet layer containing silicone gel. The composite sheet influences gel sheet layer(1) and a release sheet layer(2) formed on at least one peripheral surface of the silicone gel sheet layer. The release sheet layer contains fluorine resin. One peripheral surface of the release sheet layer is exposed. The thickness of the silicone gel sheet layer is within a range of 100~300 micron meters and the thickness of the release sheet layer is within a range of 20~100 micron meters. The fluorine resin is PTFE(Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene).
