A method of the determination of the morphofunctional state of lymphoid plaque of the calves small intestine includes visual morphological examinations. After the calf death a small intestine is separated, prosected along small (mesenteric) curvature. The contents are removed and washed out by water, the moisture residue are removed by a dry woolen fabric. The visual estimation of length, width, thickness is carried out and according to the density of arranging and the shape of lymphoid nodules the morphofunctional state of immunocompetent structures and mucous membrane glandular apparatus of calves small intestine is indicated.
