The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for determination of predilection to peritoneal commissures. According to the invention before the operative interference the peripheral blood caryotyping of lymphocytes is carried out and at detection of the associative activity acrocentric chromosomes of lymphocytes, which is equal or more than 1.05 associations per cell, presence of predilection to peritoneal commissures is determined.
