A low-grade distilled oil processing method is provided to produce medium quality of naphtha used for reforming of a catalyst and to secure low sulfur and nitrogen content weight, high cetane number, and good storage stability of diesel oil. The low-grade distilled oil processing method comprises the steps of: (a) separating low-grade distilled oil into light distilled oil with a final boiling point of 180~310°C and medium quality of distilled oil(1) with a final boiling point of 380~460°C; (b) supplying the medium quality of distilled oil to a hydrogen pyrolysis zone and pyrolyzing hydrogen with a hydrogen pyrolysis catalyst; (c) mixing the light distilled oil and distillate(5) obtained from the step(b), supplying the mixture to a hydrorefining zone, hydrodesulfurizing, hydrodenitrogenating, and hydrogen-saturating the mixture under a hydrorefining catalyst, and reaching the target temperature at an inlet of the hydrorefining zone by mixing the medium quality of distilled oil with the distillate; and (d) supplying the hydrorefined product to a gas-liquid separator(8) and producing light and medium quality naphtha(12,13) and diesel oil(14) by introducing liquid phase to a fractionation system(11). |
