In a device for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots an activator is made as a solid cone arranged downwards by the top having an angle at the top is lesser than the angle at the top of a grated cleaner. Outer surface thereof contains a coiling as a cone spiral directed downwards. The driven axle of the activator, the ends of which are arranged in resilient supports, is mounted as movable towards the axle. This movement is limited by an upper regulating stopper and a lower one. A technical result lies in raising the quality of cleaning of tuberous roots from dirt by 15...20%.
