The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy. A method for reduction of fine dispersed iron ore includes loading of ore in the preheating chamber with following heating thereof in the fluidized bed to the temperature of 400 - 450 oC, reduction in the fluidized bed in the first stage reactor to conversion of Fe2O3 to Fe3O4 under the temperature of 400 - 540 DEGREE C, carrying out magnetic separation in the temperature range of 500 - 540 DEGREE C and reduction of the magnetic constitute in the fluidized bed in the second stage reactor under the temperature of 500 - 570 DEGREE C to the degree of metalling thereof not less than 92 %. A reduction reactor is proposed for implementation of the method. The invention allows to increase quantity and quality of iron obtained and to simplify the structure of device for iron ore reduction.
