An attachment structure of a spring cooler head is provided to prevent foreign materials from being fitted by removing a screw unit protruded toward a room and to maintain a minimum interval between the spring cooler head and ceiling by a finishing material elastically supported by an elastic spring. In an attachment structure of a spring cooler head(10), an insertion rod is attached on one side of the spring cooler head. A screw unit is formed at one side of the insertion rod. A protruded portion(12) is formed by making an outer diameter of the spring cooler head relatively larger than the outer diameter of the insertion rod. The spring cooler head is connected to a water supply pipe disposed at the upper side of a ceiling wall(13) through the screw unit. An elastic spring(14) is inserted into the insertion rod between the protruded portion and a finishing material(16) coming into contact with the lower side of the ceiling wall. The finishing material is inserted into the insertion rod and elastically attached to the lower side of the ceiling. The conical coil type elastic spring is fitted to a placing protruded sill(17) formed around the outer periphery of the insertion rod, and provided with a diameter getting wider toward the ceiling wall.
