A picker nozzle is provided to maintain correctly a pickup position and an installation position of a chip element by forming a guide groove and a guide protrusion at a housing and a slider, respectively. A flange for coupling a vacuum pad is prepared on a vacuum pad holder(40). A cylindrical slider is coupled with the vacuum pad holder by using a screw. A slider is inserted into a cylindrical housing(10). A spring(30) is installed between the housing and the vacuum pad holder in order to apply repulsive force to the slider. An air nipple holder(60) is coupled with or decoupled from the housing by using a ball combination method. A guide protrusion is formed at a body of the slider. A guide groove is formed at an inside of the housing in order to guide the guide projection.
