A sandwich panel cutting machine is provided to prevent the hands of a worker from being damaged by a sharp part of a panel during assembly of the panel. A sandwich panel cutting machine includes a holding unit(20), a partial cutting unit(30), a cutting unit(80), and a controller(400). The holding unit includes panel holding air cylinders(23) arranged at front and rear sides of an upper frame(3a) of a movable work table such that a rod(21) is fitted to the air cylinders; and a horizontal holding member(26) for holding a sandwich panel. The partial cutting unit includes a panel holding member and a panel cutting member. The panel holding member is arranged in a center frame of the movable work table and horizontally movable. The panel cutting member cuts a part of the sandwich panel which is held by the panel holding member. The cutting unit includes an upper cutting member arranged in the upper frame of the movable work table; a lower cutting member arranged in a lower frame(3c) of the movable work table in the vicinity of the upper cutting member; and a side moving member for moving the upper and lower cutting members sideways. The controller controls the operation of the holding unit, the partial cutting unit, and the cutting unit.
