A magnetic-resonance turboreactor comprises mechanically connected between themselves electric drive, transmission, crank mechanism, on which the spherical grinding chamber is fixed, inside which the grinding balls and biologically active compound are arranged, electrically connected supply unit, position sensor. It contains the grinding chamber and grinding balls manufactured of a diamagnetic material, electrically connected computer, high-frequency generator, high-frequency receiver, detector,recording device, resonance regimes stabilizer, permanent magnets and transmit-receive coils.
