Furthermore, in the magnetic circuit additional longitudinal groove is made, symmetrical to groove, and additional armatures, each of which is fixed along the magnetic circuit and above it, moreover the rotational axis of each of the armatures is vertical and on longitudinal axis symmetry of magnetic circuit.
