A damper for a ventilation duct of a building is provided to integrally form a drain port into the damper instead of separately preparing the drain port, thereby removing work for mounting the drain port to the damper on the spot. A damper for a ventilation duct of a building includes an extension part formed by extending a body part(200) of the damper in a direction, and a plurality of drain holes(230) formed on a bottom of the extension part, wherein a drain port(240) is formed at a lower part of the drain holes integrally and has an outlet(241) and a drain path cover(242).
