POSITION GUIDING DEVICE OF TREAD

A tread position guiding apparatus is provided to maximize the production quality of tires and to improve the working efficiency of molding process. A tread position guiding apparatus comprises: a guide rail(110) established on the margin of the conveyor; a pair of rail supporting holes(120) for sliding; a bracket(130) established on the upper part of rail supporting holes(120); a guide roller(140) to guide a tread to the center; a pair of geared pulleys(150) established on the one side of guide rail(110); a geared rope(160) to link between the geared pulleys(150), which is fixed on one side of bracket(130); a driving member(170) to move the bracket(130) along the guide rail(110) inward or outward; and a tread sensor to sense the tread and to operate the driving member(170) selectively.
