A digital-analog converter is provided to prevent deterioration of switch characteristics caused by back bias by forming an MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor of a lower gradation selection part and an upper gradation selection part on an extra well. A digital-analog converter includes a lower gradation selection part(2), an upper gradation selection part(3), a pair of middle gradation selection parts(4,5), and a string resistor(1). The lower gradation selection part(2) and the upper gradation selection part(3) select a gradation voltage in an area where a relation between a driving voltage and brightness is non-linear. The middle gradation selection parts(4,5) select the gradation voltage in the area where the relation between the driving voltage and the brightness is linear. 2m-1 of resistors of reference voltage VRL and 2m of resistors of reference voltage VRH set resistances corresponding to a gradation difference. A resistance of resistors installed every 2k gradation of the string resistor(1) is set as 2k of resistance respectively.
