A cosmetic composition for washing comprising carbonated candy powder and particles and providing the crackling feeling of use and sound when in use is provided to be able to obtain the scrubbing effect according to the size of the particles and excellent moisturizing effect by the sugar ingredient of the carbonated candy without skin irritation. The cosmetic composition for washing comprises 1-80 parts by weight of carbonated candy particles having a particle diameter of 1 micrometer to 5 millimeters regarding 100 parts weight thereof. The composition is in the form of cream, cleanser, foam, scrub, soap, oil, emulsion, milky lotion, solid phase washing agent and liquid phase washing agent.
