Digital measurement data transmission and wireless communication using an IC card are provided to replace a pulse generator of a flow meter and prevent a pulse signal distortion due to the communication by using a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) or RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification). A power circuit(4) supplies power to operate each circuit of the IC card. A pulse receiving circuit(5) receives the pulse signal from the sensor(2) attached to the flow meter(3). An accumulation circuit(7) continuously accumulates the received pulse signal to a data storing circuit(9) until a reset signal is received. A wired communication circuit(6) transmits quantity of accumulated fluid to a controller(10) in real-time. A wireless communication circuit(8) performs WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) communication with the PDA or the RFID(11). |
