A push rod assembly for a vehicle and a method for coupling the same are provided to maintain the machining preciseness even after a push rod and a clevis are engaged with each other by increasing the machining preciseness when a protrusion of the push rod is machined. In a method for coupling a push rod assembly, a push rod(40) including a protrusion(45) at one end thereof and a clevis(55) having an insert hole(50) on one side surface thereof are engaged with each other. The method includes the steps of: inserting the protrusion of the push rod into the insert hole of the clevis to engage the push rod and the clevis; and striking the protrusion of the push rod engaged with the insert hole of the clevis to bond the protrusion of the push rod. |
