A method for recultivation of terricones includes forming on slopes thereof step microterraces with a reverse transversal incline of the body and a longitudinal incline of a routing, and also planting of seedlings of tree plants on the microterraces. In addition, the microterracing and planting of the seedlings are carried out on 1/3-1/4 part of height thereof from the top only.
