A method of lowering radiocaesium in meat of bulls under the conditions of radioactive pollution of agricultural lands includes growing young animals of cattle according to the following scheme traditional for the Polissia (Forest zone) of Ukraine: the milk period from the birth to the 4-6-month age (keeping in stalls), additional growing, in particular keeping on pasture with no additional feeding and feeding up to the 18-month age (keeping is tethered). Keeping of the young animals on pastures with high level of pollution of green feeds with radiocaesium at the first stage (from the 5-month age to 8-month one) and an element of stable feeding, which provides for additional evening feeding, and stable keeping at the final stage (from the 9-month age to 18-month one) feeding with less polluted feeds including those concentrated which are supplemented in the course of a prolonged period of time (9 months) with an antiradiation mineral and vitamin premix containing a complex of macro-, micronutrients and vitamins taking into account the chemical composition and radionuclide pollution of the feeds are used.
