<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray material made easy in handling, exhibiting effects such as excellent quick hardening property and for spraying on an exposed ground and mountain surface in a slope or a tunnel of a road, a railway, a water channel, or the like, and a method for spraying using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The spray material contains waste utilization type cement and a liquid quick hardening agent containing 3 elements of sulfur, aluminum and fluorine as components. The liquid quick hardening agent contains 25-110 pts. aluminum expressed in terms of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and 2.5-50 pts. fluorine expressed in terms of element per 100 pts. sulfur expressed in terms of SO<SB>3</SB>. The liquid quick hardening agent further contains an alkali metal and/or an alkanol amine as components. The waste utilization type cement internally contains 5-70% blast furnace slag. The spraying method is constituted so as to mix cement concrete in which the waste utilization type cement is blended with the liquid quick hardening agent just before spraying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
