The film has a multilayer structure and is manufactured on the basis of biaxially oriented polypropylene. It comprises: a base layer substantially of polypropylene; a heat-sealable first outer layer comprising at least one propylene copolymer and at least one ±-olefin; and a first intermediate layer interposed between the base layer and the first outer layer, and formed substantially from polypropylene and an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer.
