A synchronizing system and a synchronizing program capable of managing which of two or more computer terminals has elected to send contents when synchronized processing is to be done by the computer terminals. In the synchronizing system, a host-side computer terminal sends a content send request containing information for discriminating what computer terminal requested the content display, to a web server, receives the contents corresponding to the content send request, from the web server, and displays the contents in the host-side computer terminal. The host-side computer terminal includes host-side synchronizing means for sending the received contents to a guest-side computer terminal. This guest-side computer terminal includes guest-side synchronizing means for receiving the contents from the host-side computer terminal, and displays the received contents in the guest-side computer terminal.
