The method for treatment of inflammatory postoperative reaction after iridointraocular lens implantation comprises use of antiinflammatory immunomodulatory corticosteroid dexamethasone and cryopreserved cord blood preparations: Hemocord is parabulbary administered after operation and Cryocord is administered under the conjunctiva and intramusculary one or two times after operation.
