A cable protecting and guiding apparatus is provided to solve an uncareful deviation apt to be generated at a fitting section of a side plate by repeating bending operations. In a cable protecting and guiding apparatus, a pair of right and left side plates include a front side plate section(111), a rear side plate section(112), and a fitting section(113). The front side plate section is formed of a high strength resin connected to a preceeding side plate. The rear side plate section is formed of a high strength resin connected to a following side plate. The fitting section is formed of an anti-fatigue resin and is integrated between the front side plate section and the rear side plate section.
