A lighting device having a cylindrical filter is provided to change colors by elevating cylindrical filters of various colors around a periphery of a bulb. A lighting device includes a supporting part and a lamp part supported by the supporting part. The lamp part includes a cylindrical body having a cavity, a lamp installed in the inside of the body, at least one cylindrical filter(31,32,33) installed at a periphery of a bulb(21) of the lamp, and an elevation unit installed at a lower part of the lamp in order to elevate the cylindrical filter. The cylindrical filter is elevated around the periphery of the bulb. The cylindrical filter is positioned adjacently to the periphery of the bulb when the cylindrical filter is elevated by the elevation unit.
