Turbomachine with integrated generator-starter

The turbine has an electric generator/starter (26) with its rotor (30) driven by the shaft (20) of a high-pressure compressor, and its stator (32) carried by an intermediate housing (10). The generator/ starter is located in a sealed housing (28) fed with compressed air and equipped with connectors (38) for electrical cables (34) located inside structural arms (12) of the intermediate housing. The connectors, which have male and female couplings, are sealed and pass through a chamber bounded by the sealed housing and intermediate chamber.
