A drive of round-knitting machine has electric motor, V-belt transmission, its drive pulley is rigidly installed on shaft of electric motor, tooth gear, its drive gear is installed on the shaft of drive pulley of V-belt transmission, and vertical drive shaft on which toothed wheel of toothed gearing is installed, this is kinematically by means of transmissions connected to mechanisms of knitting and product receiving. Transmissions of knitting and product receiving mechanisms are made as chain ones.
