Polymer plugging composition for insulation of zones of absorption and water inflow in wells and fixation of well walls includes polymer materials - uniflok and lignothiophos. As structure former one uses complex compounds of chlorides of metals and salts of four-displaced ammonium with general formula MeCl-RNCl-A, where A - MeCl, Me - Al, Fe, Zn or Sn; R - tetraalkyl, trialkylaryl, dialkylaryl H, aryl 3H; structural formula:
