A flat panel fluorescent lamp and a display device including the same are provided to make temperature distribution uniform and achieve uniform brightness by forming electrodes at both sides of an upper glass substrate and a lower glass substrate, and coupling heat release members coupled to the lower glass substrate and placed near to the electrodes. A lower glass substrate(421) is bonded with an upper glass substrate(411) to face the upper glass substrate. Electrodes(414,424) are formed at both sides of the upper glass substrate and the lower glass substrate. Heat release members(450) are coupled to the lower glass substrate and placed near to the electrodes. The heat release members are disposed on both sides of a back surface of the lower glass substrate. The heat release members are arranged in parallel with the electrodes. |
