The method for surgical treatment of inguinal hernia comprises the stage of anterior abdominal wall forming by the polymeric net. The shreds of polymeric net are applied and fixed to the surrounding tissues in two rows in parallel planes. The technological cut for forming of channel for the spermatic cord in each shred is made in straight lines in mutually perpendicular directions.
