A method of sizing by electric arc of solids of revolution with rotation of electrode-billet and radial and axial feed of tool electrode with powerfulforcing of working medium into the inter-electrode clearance. Working is accomplished by non-profiled tool electrode (for example, by wire, foil or tape) at its continuous motion in the area of working in the direction, which coincides with the direction of one-sided flow of working medium (for example, air or water) in the inter-electrode clearance and is reverse to the direction of rotation of the electrode-billet. In this case, the counter angular velocities of rotation of electrodes, diameter of wire, and thickness of foil or tape are adjusted depending on the working conditions.
