An unmanned terminal device with an identification function is provided to extend a range of allowed users and to increase identification accuracy by comparing the fingerprint printed on an electronic identification card with the real fingerprint of a user. An unmanned terminal device with an identification function operated according to the set conditions of a user in authenticating the user through a credit card is composed of a photographing unit taking a picture of the user; a card reading unit reading data recorded in the user authentication card; a fingerprint recognition unit recognizing user's fingerprints; a storing unit storing photographed image data; an issuing unit issuing documents correspondent to a user's demand; and a control unit judging whether to allow user authentication on the basis of the card data read by the card reading unit and the fingerprint data checked by the fingerprint recognition unit, controlling issuing of the documents according to the judgment result, and printing the image of the storing unit, on a predetermined part of the correspondent document.
