A scum removal type stirrer is provided to remove and exhaust floating scum out of a reactor bath while a mixing solution is stirred within the reactor bath, by installing a scum box, which is connected to a scum pump, at one side of a floating type stirrer in one body. A scum removal type stirrer(1) comprises a reactor stirring unit and a scum removing unit. The reactor stirring unit is composed of a float(10) floating on a surface of water, a stirring motor(11), a rotating shaft(12), and a stirring blade(14), a guide wall(13) having an opened lower surface. The rotating shaft and the stirring blade are wrapped by the guide wall. The scum removing unit is composed of a scum box(20), a drawn tube, a scum pump(21), and an exhaust tube. An overflow weir(22) is formed in the scum box, and the scum box encloses an outside of the float. The scum removal type stirrer further comprises a joining member for joining the scum box and the float. |
