A desk is provided to easily utilize a space of an upper plate by inserting and withdrawing particles such as a monitor into/from a receiving space formed on an inner portion of a body. The desk includes a body(10), which consists of a pair lateral plates(11) spaced apart from each other at regular intervals, an upper plate(12) connected to an upper end portion of the lateral plates, and a rear plate(13) covering an opened surface formed by engaging the lateral plates and the upper plate, having a receiving space formed on an inner portion thereof and a closure plate(20) divided into the upper plate for opening and closing the receiving space which is formed on the inner portion of the body. The closure plate is hinge-connected to the upper plate by a hinge member.
