A cooling water distributor for a cylinder block of a vehicle is provided to reduce thermal load applied to an upper end of a cylinder liner and prevent excessive cooling of a lower end of the cylinder liner. A cooling water distributor for a cylinder block of a vehicle includes a cylinder block(11), a plurality of liners(10), a water jacket(13), and a cooling water distributor(12). The plurality of liners are installed in the cylinder block. The number of the liners is corresponding to the number of cylinders through which pistons reciprocates. The water jacket is formed to surround the plurality of liners such that cooling water circulates in the cylinder block along outer peripheries of the liners. The cooling water distributor is inserted into the water jacket, and includes an upper channel and a lower channel disposed on and under the cylinder block.
