摘要 An LCD device is provided to compensate for characteristic deviation of a thin film transistor due to a temperature variation by applying gate line driving signals to the thin film transistor. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a liquid crystal panel, a timing controller(200), a driving voltage generator(300), a gate input signal generator(500), a gate driver(110), and a source driver. The liquid crystal panel displays images in response to gate and data driving signals from gate and data lines. The timing controller outputs first and second control signals by receiving image data signals. The driving voltage generator outputs first and second voltages(VON,VOFF). The gate input signal generator outputs the first and second voltages in response to the first control signal and outputs first and second clock signals based on ambient temperature. The gate driver outputs the gate signal in response to the first and second clock signals. The source driver outputs the data driving signal in response to the second control signal.
