An apparatus is provided to allow mass production of glittering metal plates used for manufacturing personal accessories. An apparatus for processing metal plates used for manufacturing personal accessories includes a driving motor(5), a support frame(90), an upper roller(30) and a lower roller, a roller driving unit(10), and a roller positioning unit(50). The upper and lower rollers are arranged in the support frame, and have outer surfaces on which diamond bands are attached. The roller driving unit is connected to the driving motor so as to drive the upper and lower rollers. The roller positioning unit controls the position of the upper roller so as to control the gap formed between the upper and lower rollers.
