A solvent heating device for a parts-washer is provided to prevent a heater from excessively rising by allowing the heater to be submerged into a solvent even when the solvent level is lowered by a pump. A solvent heating device for a parts-washer includes a reservoir(10) for storing a solvent; a discharge unit(100) for sucking the solvent into the reservoir and discharging the solvent to a washing tub; and a heating unit(40) for heating the solvent in the reservoir. The heating unit includes a heater(46) submerged into the solvent and arranged below the level of the portion of the discharge unit where the solvent is sucked.
