An unmanned parking management system and a method thereof are provided to reduce a parking management cost by driving a parking management system without an operator. An unmanned parking management system includes a vehicle information detector(10), a timer(20), a radar detector(40), a controller(30), a storing unit(50), and a display unit(60). The vehicle information detector detects information of a parking vehicle. The timer counts a parking time of the parking vehicle. The radar detector checks a parking position of the parking vehicle and a vacant parking region. The controller controls an overall management on the parking vehicle based on information from the vehicle information detector, the timer, and the radar detector. The storing unit stores the information of the parking vehicle under control of the controller. The display unit displays the information of the parking vehicle.
