An LCD is provided to cover a gate driver formed on a display panel even with an edge portion of a sealing member, thereby effectively protecting the gate driver from an external environment. A plurality of pixels are arranged on a substrate in a matrix type, wherein the pixels have switching elements. A plurality of gate lines are extended in a row direction, and electrically connected to the switching elements. A gate driver(400) includes a plurality of gate driving ICs(410) mounted on the substrate, wherein the gate driving ICs are electrically connected to the gate lines. The gate driver includes a first region(400a) linearly aligned and a second region(400b) across the first region. |
