A method for regulating the inclination of a heavy leader is provided to regulate the inclination of a leader regularly within the fixed range and to keep the regulated inclination of a leader continuously. The method for regulating the inclination of a heavy leader comprises the steps of supporting the upper part of a leader(D) with a boom and a support using a multi-directional connector which moves in all directions to connect an object and an object, connecting the lower part of the leader with the upper part of the leader using a leader connector and supporting a fixed plate(C) of equipment projected from a body of construction equipment to share the weight of the leader with the support, the boom and the fixed plate, and regulating the inclination of the leader with an inclination regulator which regulates an inclination by a cam(28) rotated by a rotary shaft(29) installed on the fixed plate.
