The prefabricated mat block(1) is formed in a multistoried impact and sound absorbing structure composed of a primary shock and sound absorbing layer(10) abutting on the bottom of a room or a living room, absorbing vibration and noise transferred to the lower part through a secondary shock and sound absorbing layer and having an egg-box panel type corrugated surface(11) to form an air layer when making contact with the bottom, a secondary shock and sound absorbing layer(20) attached on the primary shock and sound absorbing layer integrally and absorbing vibration and noise transferred to the lower part through a third shock and sound absorbing layer, and a third shock and sound absorbing layer(30) attached on the secondary shock and sound absorbing layer integrally and absorbing vibration and noise transferred from the outside. |
