An oil prime card system is provided to enable a customer to use points as cash anytime and receive a high oil discount rate according to a minimum cash deposit of the customer by adding a cash deposit/withdrawal function to various accumulation and point cards. The cash deposit/withdrawal function capable of depositing or withdrawing cash is added to the usual accumulation and point cards. The customer deposits the minimum cash to an oil prime card and receives the high discount rate according to the minimum cash deposit of the oil prime card when the customer refuels a vehicle in a gas station.
