A far-infrared ray emission bed made of a panel board comprising peridot is provided to emit far-infrared ray and anions beneficial to human body by primarily comprising mineral materials including peridot and natural binder to form a constructional finishing composition, preparing the panel board from the composition and forming the far-infrared ray emission bed by using the panel board. The panel board(1) for the far-infrared ray emission bed is prepared by the steps of: preparing 70-80wt.% of mineral powder including 30-60wt.% of peridot, 10-20wt.% of elvan, 10-20wt.% of tourmaline, 10-20wt.% of silica and 10-20wt.% of mica; preparing 20-30wt.% of a natural binder selected from a group consisting of glue, starch, seaweed and natural latex; compression molding a mixture of the above mineral powder and the above natural binder to form a board product; interposing at least one fiber reinforcing sheet(12a,12b) consisting of 50-70wt.% of waste fiber and 30-50wt.% of the binder between top and bottom parts(11a,11b) of the board product; and selectively laminating cushion material such as mattress over the completed board product.
